QuickWood machines are great at Automatic Flat parts deburring as the conveyor will take the metal parts thought the machine while the sanding discs will debur the flat parts. Even if the parts have a profile or a raised part the Quickwood machine will be able to debur the edges and cut outs.

Here are some examples of parts where the Quickwood metal deburring machine would be able to debur the edges and give them a slight radius and give the surface a non directional sanding scratch. Stamped parts like the one in the picture normally comes out with sharp edges and needs deburring.

The Classic 1300 has proven great as a sheet metal deburring machine as the edges will get a slight radius and the burr's will be removed from the edges. The surface of the sheet metal will get a random scratch after going thought the machine. Many people know a linier scratch on sheet metal this is a random no-directional scratch
